With a background in magazine publishing, I set about creating the first issue of PEPTALK. It was met with widespread praise and we continue to receive ongoing messages about how our publication is helping people all around New Zealand. These messages continually fuel my fire to increase our readership and help thousands of Kiwis build a healthy, resilient mind.
Although the anguish of mental illness was the seed that planted my fascination with the power of the mind, it is the joy of mental wellness that now drives me towards a vision where all New Zealanders have a tool box of strategies they can use to help themselves feel good and function well, in good times and through life's challenges.
